    Join Our Team as a Senior Business Analyst in Houston, TX!

    Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Business Analyst to lead customer experience, process, and technology improvements. Based in the vibrant city of Houston, TX, this role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact by partnering with business stakeholders and driving initiatives from concept to implementation.

    Key Responsibilities
    • Lead discovery sessions to identify business needs, process gaps, and improvement opportunities.
    • Document current and future-state processes, workflows, and requirements.
    • Manage initiatives from discovery through development, testing, implementation, and adoption.
    • Coordinate with Salesforce and other technology teams to deliver system enhancements.
    • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and manage project timelines, risks, and communications.
    • Support user acceptance testing, issue resolution, training, and change management.
    • Identify opportunities to use automation and emerging technologies to improve operations.
    • Independently manage multiple priorities with limited oversight.
    Requirements
    • 11-15 years of experience in business analysis, project management, process improvement, and technology implementation.
    • Strong technical aptitude and ability to quickly learn new systems.
    • Ability to travel during the initial onboarding and training period, as needed.
    Preferences
    • Salesforce experience is strongly preferred.
    • Familiarity with artificial intelligence is beneficial.
    • Willingness to learn and explore practical AI use cases.
