Zynga seeks a Senior Architect for FinOps, focusing on cost management and cloud optimization strategies. This influential role will shape our backend service development initiatives.
Join the Mobile Game Tech team to spearhead FinOps efforts, providing technical direction while mentoring a dynamic team of engineers. You will assess cloud costs across multiple platforms and share actionable insights to maximize efficiency organization-wide. Your role will involve innovative tooling and driving cross-team collaboration to enhance data analysis processes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct software development and data analysis within FinOps
• Explore cost-saving potentials through various cloud providers
• Propose new tooling and UI designs
• Collaborate with teams to streamline cost initiatives
• Guide internal stakeholders on best practices
Requirements:
• B.S. in Computer Science, Math, or related field
• 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience, particularly AWS
• Strong programming skills, mainly in Python
• Familiarity with SQL tables and data visualization tools
• Effective mentoring experience in a technical setting
