$28-$31/hour
Full-Time | Contract

About the Opportunity

Join a rapidly growing technology company at the forefront of next-generation mobility and intelligent systems. This team is building advanced vehicle platforms that rely on real-world data to improve performance, safety, and scalability.

We’re looking for detail-oriented and safety-focused Vehicle Operators to support critical data collection efforts. In this role, you’ll play a direct part in shaping the future of transportation by operating test vehicles, capturing high-quality data, and providing valuable feedback to engineering teams.

If you enjoy driving, thrive in structured environments, and want hands-on exposure to cutting-edge technology—this is a unique opportunity to get in early with a fast-scaling program.

What You’ll Do

  • Operate test vehicles on designated routes for 4–8 hours per shift
  • Follow strict safety protocols and operational guidelines at all times
  • Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure safety and readiness
  • Utilize onboard systems and basic command-line tools to support data collection
  • Accurately log observations, issues, and edge-case scenarios encountered during drives
  • Partner with engineering teams by providing clear, actionable feedback
  • Assist with vehicle logistics including cleaning, staging, maintenance coordination, and storage

Shift Options

Morning: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM: Wed-Sun | Thur-Mon | Sat-Wed
Afternoon/Evening: 2 PM – 10:30 PM: Tue-Sat | Wed-Sun | Thur-Mon | Fri-Tue | Sat-Wed | Sun-Thu

What We’re Looking For

  • At least one year currently spent in a rideshare or driving capacity
  • Clean driving record
  • Ability to remain focused and alert for extended driving periods (4–8 hours)
  • High attention to detail and strong observational skills
  • Comfortable using basic technical tools (Linux/command line is a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in rideshare, delivery, fleet operations, or similar driving-intensive roles
  • Exposure to autonomous vehicle or advanced driver-assistance technologies

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Be part of a foundational team supporting a rapidly expanding vehicle operations program
  • Gain hands-on experience in the autonomous and advanced mobility space
  • Work closely with engineers and cutting-edge technology
  • Opportunity to build highly transferable skills in vehicle testing, data collection, and technical operations

If you’re ready to get behind the wheel and contribute to the future of transportation, apply today.
