Service Advisor
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our dynamic automotive service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their vehicle maintenance and repair needs are met with exceptional service and expertise. If you have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences, we invite you to apply and grow with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and listen to their vehicle concerns to accurately document service needs
- Provide detailed explanations of repair and maintenance procedures, estimates, and timelines
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality service delivery
- Prepare and review service orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and additional service recommendations
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions
- Keep up-to-date with manufacturer specifications, service procedures, and warranty policies
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Knowledge of automotive systems, repair procedures, and parts
- Ability to explain technical information clearly to customers
- Proficiency in using service management software and computer systems
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
