Job description

Inventory Specialist – Supply Chain (Warehouse Data Entry)

Yogurtland | Farmers Branch, TX Schedule: Monday–Friday, occasional evenings/weekends

Pay: $52,000–$68,000/year, depending on experience

Work authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. We are not able to sponsor employment visas for this role.

About Yogurtland

Since 2006, Yogurtland has been the pioneer of self-serve frozen yogurt — built on real ingredients and the belief that a cup of froyo can turn a good day into a great one. Now with 250+ locations, we're guided by three things: Love, Joy, and Hope. Every role here, including this one, keeps that supply chain of quality moving from our Dairy to the cup.

Position Overview

We're hiring an Inventory Specialist to keep our inventory records accurate and audit-ready. You'll enter, verify, and reconcile inventory transactions across company systems — supporting the accuracy of assets valued in the millions. This is a hands-on, detail-driven data entry and documentation role, not an analytics, planning, or supply chain management position.

What You'll Do

  • Enter inventory transactions accurately into company inventory systems
  • Update records for receipts, transfers, adjustments, and stock movements
  • Review inventory reports and flag missing or incorrect data
  • Verify inventory documentation for completeness and accuracy
  • Support cycle counts with documentation and data entry
  • Record adjustments as directed by management
  • Research basic discrepancies and report findings
  • Maintain organized electronic and paper inventory files
  • Prepare routine inventory reports and spreadsheets
  • Support warehouse and purchasing teams with record updates

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ year of experience in inventory, warehouse, data entry, or administrative support
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, basic formulas) and inventory/ERP software
  • High attention to detail and comfort with repetitive, detail-heavy tasks
  • Strong written communication for documentation and reporting
  • Ability to work on-site in Farmers Branch, TX
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in business, logistics, or related field a plus (not required)

Preferred (Not Required)

  • Experience with cycle counts or physical inventory audits
  • Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Prior experience in food service, retail, or CPG supply chain

What We Offer

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Retirement savings plan
  • Paid time off
  • Training, mentorship, and cross-department project opportunities
  • Employee discounts, exclusive events, and additional perks

Yogurtland is an equal opportunity employer. This position does not qualify for employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B, OPT/CPT extensions, or TN status.
