Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales BusinessDevelopment Representative who possesses a knack for meticulous research and atalent for unlocking new sales opportunities to join our Breeze Inside Salesteam. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind our Breeze products,making a direct impact through cold calling and the creation of meaningful newbusiness connections through strategic lead generation efforts. Yourcontributions will be key in forging new paths for opportunities and propellingour Breeze products to new heights within the property tech sector.

What You’ll Do:
  • Proactively prospect and qualify new business opportunitieswithin an assigned territory to drive pipeline growth
  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, andinitiate outreach to generate interest in Yardi solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing on lead generation initiativesand support campaign execution with research and targeted outreach
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations and communicatethe value of Yardi’s offerings to prospective clients
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and salesactivities in CRM; prepare regular reports and meet with management to align onsales strategy and performance
Who You Are:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field;or an equivalent combination of education experience
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Presentation and demonstration skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to research, qualify, cold call, and generateleads
  • Ability to understand and present technical products
  • Highly responsive with proven prospect-centered commitmentand focus
  • Ability to meet critical deadlines and prioritize multipletasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ideal to Have:
  • Prior lead generation experience
  • Prior CRM experience
  • Knowledge of the property management industry
