The SVP - Medical Communications Strategy Lead isthesenior expert for medical communicationsstrategy(specifically promotional medical education),embedded within the strategy team andoperatingas a critical connector across strategyandgrowth. This role serves as the agency's strategic lead and steward for promotional medical communications.The Med-Comms Strategy Lead partners closely with Medical Strategy, Account, and Foundational Strategy (Brand and Engagement, asappropriate)teams to shape integrated solutions for clients. Externally, this individual is a trusted, peer-level advisortosenior client stakeholders. Internally, this role sets the standard for how medical communications shows up across the agency. This is both a hands-on and leadership role, and a business developmentrole-responsible for advancing client work, expanding the discipline organically, and actively prospecting and contributing to new business opportunities.   • AssistteamsinMLR readiness,helping toidentifyandmitigaterisk
  • Set standards and best practices for promotional medical communications across the agencyalong with medical strategy,account,and project management
  • Peer-to-Peer Engagement & Advisory Leadership
  • Supportplanning, design, and execution of HCP-focused peer-to-peer initiatives, including advisory boards
  • Shapeobjectives, discussion frameworks, and success measures for ad boards and P2P engagements
  • Work with medical strategy totranslateadvisory insights into actionable strategy and engagement plans
  • Oversee rollout of P2P-driven tactics and ensure insights are effectively activated
  • Champion digital-first and AI-enabled approaches to medical communications and stakeholder engagement
  • Client Partnership & Strategic Influence
  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders
  • Influence brand, engagement, and launch strategy through a medical communications lens

Salary Range: $180,000 - $220,000
