The Legal Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.

The Legal Assistant is responsible for below specific duties.
Your specific duties will include:
- Managing and maintaining client files, records, and case-related documentation.
- Preparing, drafting, processing, scanning, filing, and organizing physical and electronic documents and correspondence.
- Assisting with client communications, including obtaining updates, requesting supporting documentation, and handling telephone inquiries.
- Performing general administrative and clerical duties, including data entry, mail processing, copying, scanning, and document management.
- Uploading and maintaining documents within case management and electronic discovery systems.
- Supporting attorneys and paralegals through client coordination, meeting assistance, and translation services (Spanish preferred)
- Assisting with reception and other office support functions as needed.
- 1-2 years of experience in the Legal industry
- Excellent communication skills.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual/Spanish highly preferred.
