Job description
Are you a Salesforce Administrator who thrives in a dynamic, high-growth environment? Do you see a manual process and immediately think of ways to automate it? We are looking for a Senior Admin who is passionate about leveraging the full power of Salesforce to support the rapid growth of our business.
We need a forward-thinking expert who is focused on driving automation, managing complex integrations, and continuously optimizing our Salesforce instance. You should be curious about how AI can increase system efficiency. Above all, you will partner directly with business leaders to identify bottlenecks and remove friction from core processes. Your expertise will ensure our CRM ecosystem operates seamlessly, remaining robust, secure, and aligned with our broader organizational goals.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
User Support, Training & Documentation
Serve as the first line of support: Troubleshoot user-reported issues and resolve system errors for stakeholders across the organization.
Empower end-users: Develop and deliver training materials and comprehensive system documentation (configuration details, process flows) to ensure users utilize the system effectively.
Manage change communication: Own the communication of platform changes, new features, and maintenance windows to end-users and stakeholders.
Upgrades & Continuous Improvement
Manage system upgrades: Lead the effort for seasonal Salesforce releases by assisting with impact analysis, regression testing, and post-deployment validation.
Drive continuous improvement: Participate in initiatives to explore automation or AI-driven capabilities to keep the system modernized and efficient.
System Administration & Governance
Maintain system health: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and execute patches to ensure optimal functionality.
Ensure data integrity: Perform regular data audits, manage data migrations, and implement best practices for data hygiene and quality across the organization.
Manage user access and security: Configure roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure data security and compliance with information security standards.
Clean up legacy configuration: Proactively identify, deprecate, and refactor technical debt, redundant fields, outdated automation (Workflow Rules/Process Builders), and unused AppExchange packages to streamline, modernize, and simplify our legacy Salesforce org.

Drive process automation & partner with the business: Proactively identify opportunities to automate core cross-functional workflows utilizing Salesforce Flow to reduce manual effort. Partner closely with stakeholders across all areas of the business-including Sales, Finance, Customer Support, Implementation, Professional Services, and Customer Success-to align processes and eliminate friction.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
Deep experience supporting complex revenue and services operations with a solid understanding of Quote-to-Cash processes.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) is required.
Experience with Certinia (formerly FinancialForce) supporting Professional Services Automation (PSA) and/or ERP workflows is highly preferred.
5+ years of direct experience as a Salesforce Administrator.

$115,000 - $130,000 a year
In our commitment to salary transparency, we provide a compensation range for each role. In addition to the base salary of $115,000 - $130,000 this role is eligible for a 10% bonus. the final offer will be dependent on various factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, and the organization's budget. Our Talent Acquisition team will provide more information about the compensation package for this position during the interview process.
