Packing
Location: Cedar Springs, MI  Shift: 1st Shift  Pay: $17.00 per hour

Job Summary
Enjoy a relaxed and positive work environment where you can listen to music while you work! We’re seeking a Packing Associate to join our team in Cedar Springs, MI. In this role, you’ll be responsible for pre-packing materials, organizing components, and preparing shipments to ensure products are packed safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Be Doing
 As a Packing Associate, your core responsibilities will include:
  • Pre-pack control boxes, cables, and screws into kits.
  • Sort, make boxes, and stack pallets for shipment.
  • Cut and arrange cardboard to ensure neat, secure packaging.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in your work area.
  • Enjoy a fun perk — you may listen to music with one earbud while working!
     
What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Good hand dexterity and attention to detail.
     
Skills:
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Good organizational habits and efficiency.
