As a Sales Consultant with Wireless Plus, you'll be helping individuals, families, and businesses stay connected. This is a fast-paced retail environment where your energy, curiosity, and drive to succeed directly shape your growth potential. You'll receive training, hands-on mentorship, and clear pathways to advancement in sales.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers on the sales floor to uncover their needs, recommend the right wireless solutions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
- Drive sales performance through product knowledge, active listening, and consultative selling-meeting and exceeding personal and store goals.
- Promote Verizon products and services, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, home internet, and business plans.
- Educate customers on technology trends, device setup, trade-in programs, and service features to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with your team to create a positive, welcoming store environment and uphold Verizon's brand standards.
- Maintain accuracy in transactions, inventory, and daily operations while following all company procedures and policies.
