As a Verizon Sales Consultant, you're the first point of contact for customers walking through our doors, and often the reason they leave as loyal Verizon advocates. You'll consult with people and businesses to match them with the right wireless solutions, from the latest devices to home connectivity services. This is a fast-paced retail environment where your energy, curiosity, and drive to succeed directly shape your growth potential. You'll receive training, hands-on mentorship, and clear pathways to advancement in sales.

What You'll Do

  • Engage customers on the sales floor to uncover their needs, recommend the right wireless solutions, and deliver an exceptional in-store experience.
  • Drive sales performance through product knowledge, active listening, and consultative selling, meeting and exceeding personal and store goals.
  • Promote Verizon products and services, including smartphones, tablets, accessories, home internet, and business plans.
  • Educate customers on technology trends, device setup, trade-in programs, and service features to enhance their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a positive, welcoming store environment and uphold Verizon's brand standards.
  • Maintain accuracy in transactions, inventory, and daily operations while following all company procedures and policies.
What We're Looking For

  • An energetic, people-first personality with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A desire to learn, grow, and take ownership of your success in a goal-driven environment.
  • Comfort working with technology and interest in staying current on new devices and digital trends.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a retail setting.
  • Prior sales, customer service, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
