Position Overview

Will Listen Therapy is seeking a dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team in a full-time capacity. This role offers the unique opportunity to provide therapeutic support to individuals, couples, and families facing a variety of personal and relational challenges. With a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you will engage with clients in a remote setting, allowing for flexibility while delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based methods to address a wide array of psychological issues.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and challenges of each client, ensuring a tailored approach to therapy.
• Document sessions meticulously, maintaining accurate records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and safeguarding client confidentiality.
• Utilize recognized therapeutic frameworks, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and family systems theory, to guide treatment processes.
• Engage in consultation with other clinicians to coordinate care and share insights on complex cases, enhancing collaboration within our mental health community.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. Qualifications

• A valid and active LMFT license in Washington State is essential for this position.

Preferred Experience

Experience with teletherapy and digital healthcare platforms is an added advantage as we utilize technology to enhance client engagement and deliver services effectively.

Compensation and Benefits

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 to 110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
