Job description
Join our team at a 122-bed skilled nursing facility located in the charming town of Philmont, NY. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated professionals to provide exceptional nursing care to our residents. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, offering flexibility to suit your lifestyle.
Responsibilities
- Provide professional nursing care to assigned patients in a nursing home environment.
- Record patient histories and perform various diagnostic tests.
- Administer medications and develop patient care plans in conjunction with other medical professionals.
- Assist physicians during examinations and procedures.
- Operate and monitor medical equipment as necessary.
Requirements
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN).
- Hold a current NYS RN license.
- Possess BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Have at least 2 years of RN experience, with experience in long-term care (LTC) preferred.
