Location: Hiring for Clovis, NM; Hobbs, NM; Taos, NM; Carlsbad, NM, and Alamogordo, NM

Operating Partners lead restaurant teams, coaching and developing staff while overseeing hiring, training, and promotions. They manage daily operations, ensure a safe and welcoming environment, and use performance data to drive results—all while inspiring their team to succeed.

What You’ll Do

As an Operating Partner, you’ll:
  • Lead and develop a team of Managers and Team Leaders
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach team members
  • Create a welcoming, customer-focused environment
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring food safety, cleanliness, and service standards
  • Manage scheduling, labor, and inventory to hit performance goals
  • Track sales and expenses to drive profitability
  • Recognize and reward your team’s successes

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience (GM, AGM, or similar)
  • Proven ability to hire, coach, and grow strong teams
  • Hands-on leader who can run a busy, fast-paced operation
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Food Safety Certification (or willingness to get one
  • Valid driver’s license
