    Job Description
This role sits within a product team and partners closely with business stakeholders and product management to identify opportunities where analytics, process improvement, consulting, and automation can meaningfully improve how work gets done. The individual will lead impactful and sometimes ambiguous initiatives that require curiosity, process, and technical understanding to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions. This role blends analytics consulting, business systems analysis, and process improvement to help teams do more with less through thoughtful design and implementation. It is hands on, end to end work, partnering to make a big difference.
    • Turns complexity into simplicity for the business, designing practical, user-friendly solutions that reduce manual effort and make it easier for teams to focus on higher-value work
    • Acts as a trusted thought partner, consistently seeking to understand the "why" behind business processes and helping stakeholders reimagine how work could be done more efficiently through analytics, automation, or better design
    • Delivers tangible progress quickly, favoring right-sized, fit-for-purpose solutions over heavy process, while still ensuring outcomes are reliable, scalable, and valuable
    • Connects process, data, and technology, spotting opportunities where small technical or analytical improvements can unlock disproportionate business benefit
    • Helps ideas become reality, supporting the journey from discovery through delivery so that improvements don't stall and solutions get adopted in practice and not just designed on paper.
    Qualifications
    Required:
    • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative discipline such as computer science, engineering, statistics, mathematics, economics, or direct and applicable work experience.
    • Minimum 2 years' experience with various data techniques such as: gap analysis, data profiling and source to target mapping for both structured and unstructured data sources (ETL, Widgets, JSON, etc.).
    • SQL skills including knowledge of joining multiple data sources; hands on experience with advanced SQL functions such as: creating sub queries, joining, grouping, and filtering to analyze data sources.
    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to read and understand data models and give input to data modeling based on data analysis results.
    • Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) to express complex technical concepts effectively and ability to influence others.
    • Microsoft Office Suite; including the use of spreadsheets, presentation, and word processing software.
    • Ability to work independently or in a team.
    Preferred:
    • 3+ years' experience in internal or external consulting role solving business problems
    • Managed Pharmacy or Health Care Insurance experience
    • Experience with SAP Products including Business Objects
    • Experience with Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and PowerBI
    • Six Sigma or Process Excellence certification
    • Master's degree
