Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to accurately identify their mental health issues.
• Develop tailored treatment plans that address individual needs, utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic modalities.
• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions using effective communication techniques that foster trust and openness.
• Collaborate with clients to set therapeutic goals and monitor progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Document all client interactions thoroughly and maintain precise records in accordance with ethical guidelines and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on individuals and families dealing with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relational conflicts, and trauma. Qualifications

• Active and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build a secure therapeutic alliance with clients.
• A nonjudgmental, empathetic, and supportive demeanor when approaching clients' unique life experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities to manage a diverse caseload effectively and efficiently.

Preferred Experience
