Work Environment

This position is fully remote, providing flexibility and comfort while you engage with clients via telehealth platforms. Our community health clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology that supports both group and individual therapy sessions. Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Well Span Health Network, you will be responsible for:

• Facilitating engaging group therapy sessions that foster connection among clients, allowing them to share experiences and learn collaboratively.
• Providing individualized therapy that helps clients explore their emotions and develop coping strategies tailored to their specific needs.
• Collaborating with clients to develop personalized treatment plans that address their unique goals and aspirations.
• Monitoring progress through various assessment tools, evaluating outcomes, and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Working closely with a multidisciplinary team, maintaining ongoing communication to ensure cohesive care and optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 at our outpatient treatment center, focusing on their mental health challenges. Your role will involve supporting clients as they navigate through significant life transitions, interpersonal relationships, and emotional difficulties, equipping them with tools for effective self-management and recovery.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for helping young adults.
• Experience in counseling and working with diverse populations, particularly in outpatient settings.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, the following qualifications will enhance your application:

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and best practices for remote counseling.
• Previous involvement in treatment planning and outcome assessments.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
