Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of patients, employing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Provide individual counseling sessions and crisis intervention services for patients dealing with acute and chronic mental health challenges.
  • Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on various mental health topics, enhancing patient engagement and collective learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals and community organizations to streamline services and provide holistic care to patients.
  • Participate in outreach initiatives to raise mental health awareness within the community, contributing to preventive care and wellness programs.
  • Maintain thorough, confidential patient records that comply with ethical standards and regulations, documenting treatment progress and referrals when necessary.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our mental health services cater to a broad demographic, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and various mood disorders. Qualifications
  • Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required, with a Master's or Doctoral degree preferred for advanced therapeutic practices.
  • Proficient in therapeutic techniques and methodologies relevant to individual and group therapy settings.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based practices tailored for the unique needs of individuals within a community health clinic.
Preferred Experience
  • A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience in a clinical, healthcare, or community setting.
  • Experience implementing treatment plans based on individualized patient assessments.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage diverse client populations with cultural competency and sensitivity.
Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
