  • Collaborate with fellow DVC team members and other internal partners to support the Guest experience across various locations, including the resort model rooms and off-site destinations.

  • Advocate for the right Membership size, allowing Guests from all around the work to meet their vacation goals.

  • Generate contracts using effective closing techniques and initiate transactions in the contract system.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Demonstrated strong pipeline management and follow-up discipline (CRM usage, next-step setting, and timely re-engagement) to move prospects through a high-consideration sales cycle.

  • Self-directed and resilient in a goal-driven environment-able to deliver a polished sales experience repeatedly while adapting to Guest needs.

  • Professional communication skills across in-person, phone, and virtual interactions, with strong business writing and computer proficiency.

  • Ability to prioritize and progress multiple active prospects simultaneously while maintaining a warm, premium Guest experience.

  • Comfortable working onsite in a structured onsite environment with full availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

  • Proficiency with CRM workflows and Windows-based tools (logging activity, managing tasks, and maintaining clean pipeline data).

  • Commitment to ethical, compliant selling and protecting Disney brand integrity in every Guest interaction.
