Volkswagen - Tom Wood VW, Indy is seeking a Certified VW Technician to join our dedicated team in Indianapolis, IN. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced Volkswagen vehicles, ensuring top-quality service and repair while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic, maintenance, and repair services on Volkswagen vehicles according to manufacturer specifications.
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues.
  • Maintain accurate service records and communicate findings to customers and service advisors clearly and professionally.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Volkswagen technology, service bulletins, and repair techniques.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Requirements
  • Certified Volkswagen technician with proven experience in servicing Volkswagen vehicles.
