Role Name: QE Lead (Voice/Natural Language Processing)
Location: Toronto 4 days a week
Duration: Contract
JOB DESCRIPTION:
"Key Responsibilities
Lead quality engineering efforts for a complex cloud migration project.
Define and implement testing strategies for IVR systems and natural language processing components.
Drive automation initiatives and ensure robust CI/CD integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project goals, timelines, and quality standards.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
QE Leadership: Proven experience leading QE teams on large-scale migration or cloud-based projects.
Cloud & IVR Expertise: Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) including testing strategies for voice and natural language processing
Automation Skills: Hands-on experience with tools like Selenium, Cypress, Postman; strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
Technical Background: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Problem-Solving: Ability to navigate challenges and deliver innovative solutions in dynamic environments.
Agile Experience: Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Nice-to-Have:
Exposure to banking or financial services domain
