Medical leadership is guided by Dr. C. Kollen Nellett, DVM, a graduate of the Tufts Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine and former U.S. Army veterinary intern at Fort Bragg. Dr. Nellett is a Certified Veterinary Mentor, having completed extensive training in leading with empathy and practicing open, transparent communication. She is deeply invested in mentoring new graduates and early-career veterinarians, creating a psychologically safe environment where doctors can build confidence, grow clinically, and thrive as a team.

Supporting the hospital’s day-to-day operations is our Hospital Manager, Jessica, who brings over a decade of veterinary industry experience. Her steady leadership and operational expertise help ensure the hospital runs smoothly, allowing veterinarians to focus on excellent patient care.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for:
