    Job description

At Oxford Veterinary Hospital, our motto says it all: “We take the time. Experience the difference.” We’re a close-knit, established small animal practice looking to welcome a compassionate, personable part or full-time experienced veterinarian to our team.

    About Our Practice
Oxford Veterinary Hospital is a well-loved community practice providing personalized, high-quality care to cats and dogs. Our hospital features:
    • 3 exam rooms
    • A comfort/consult room
    • Dedicated dental suite
    • Surgical suite
    • Separate treatment area
The original building dates back to the 1960s, with a thoughtful expansion completed in 2011. We are fully paperless and equipped with ultrasound to support quality diagnostics and patient care. \

What truly sets us apart is our commitment to time and relationships. We intentionally schedule 30-minute wellness appointments and 40-minute sick appointments, giving our doctors the ability to practice thorough, thoughtful medicine without feeling rushed. Doctors typically see 12–18 patients per day, supported by a 1:2-3 DVM-to-tech ratio.

Our team is the heart of our hospital. Many staff members have been with us for 10+ years, creating a supportive, collaborative environment where people genuinely enjoy working together and learning from one another.

Vetcor offers a comprehensive benefits package that supports your well-being and professional growth. Enjoy medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, generous paid time off, CE allowance, paid parental leave, and access to a vast network of veterinary professionals.
