Job description

Seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead delivery of cloud-based applications, integrations, and migration initiatives built on Microsoft Azure and Databricks, partnering closely with Product and Engineering teams to take initiatives from requirements through go-live and user adoption. The PM will own planning through value realization, coordinating with enterprise architecture, security/compliance, and organizational change management to deliver measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is comfortable with cross-functional discussions, product delivery lifecycle management, technical team management, and PMO practices.

Required Qualifications

  • 10–15 years of progressive IT project/program management, with 3+ years leading cloud-based application or integration initiatives (Azure environment preferred)
  • Proven delivery of multi-workstream programs ($1M+ budgets) with hybrid Agile/Waterfall governance
  • Experience managing the product/application delivery lifecycle — requirements, UAT, release, adoption
  • Experience with systems integration, data migration, and API-led architectures
  • Working knowledge of Azure fundamentals (governance, identity, networking, security)
  • Excellent leadership, facilitation, and executive communication skills
  • PMP and/or PMI-ACP, Scaled Agile (SAFe) or Scrum certification
  • Functional awareness of MDM lifecycle

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator/Architect/DevOps (AZ-104, AZ-305, AZ-400)
  • Experience with Terraform/Bicep, GitHub/ADO, Jira/Confluence, ServiceNow, Power BI
  • Background in data & analytics programs (Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks)
  • Experience in regulated industries (life sciences, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing)

 

Must-Have Skills

  • Project/program management (10–15 years in IT, 3+ years leading cloud application or integration initiatives)
  • Product/application delivery lifecycle (requirements → UAT → deployment → user onboarding)
  • Systems integration, data migration, API-led architectures
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Product and Engineering teams
