We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Area Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team at Venus AI. You are responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the market presence within your assigned territory. Your primary focus will be on promoting and selling our medical aesthetics devices, fostering strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. Area Sales Managers receive competitive compensation and a benefit package including performance-based incentives. Successful candidates will have a proven track record in medical aesthetic sales with the ability to grow customer base in their respective territory.
Responsibilities:
- Manageterritory,drivesalesthroughexistingandnewcustomers;increasecustomerbaseandmarketshare.
- Conductcustomeranalysis,understandthebusinessneedsandopportunities.
- Developpipelines,ensurepipelineprogressionandon-goingactivity;conductcoldcallingandon-sitevisitstomeetandexceedindividualandteamgoals.
- Conductaminimumof30coldcallsdaily,book5meetingsdailyandrun2-3meetingsdaily.
- Adaptation/executionofCompanyssalesstrategy.
- Maintainanexpertlevelunderstandingofallproducts.
- Educatecustomersonproductlineupinaprofessionalmanner;beknowledgeableondeviceindications,efficacy,safety,andhowourproductswillfulfillcustomerneeds;conductproductdemonstrationswhileadheringtoCompanyprotocols.
- Establish,develop,andmaintainpositivebusinessandcustomerrelationships;visitallaccountsregularlyandensurecustomersatisfaction.
- Completefullsalescycleincludingcontracts,quotes,andtermsperCompanyguidelines,escalatingwhennecessary.
- MaintainCRMdata(salesforce)integritybyregularupdates,compilereportsandattendcallsandmeetingsasrequired.
- Supportinstallationatthecustomer'ssiteinaccordancewiththeCompany'smethods,specifications,policies,andprocedures.
- Meetsalestargetsassetthroughannual/quarterlybudgets.
- Forecastandsubmitsalesreportsinatimelymanner.
- CollaboratewithotherdepartmentssuchasInsideSalesandClinicalTraining.
Qualifications:
- BA/BSUniversityDegreeorequivalenteducationalbackgroundinbusinessorrelevantfield.
- Minimumof3-5yearsofoutsidebusiness-to-businesssalesexperience.
- 13yearsofmedicalaestheticssalesexperiencepreferred.
- Experienceinsellinglasers,RFandorminimallyinvasivetechnologiestoDermatologists,FacialandPlasticSurgeonsandMedSpas.
- Demonstrated/proventrackrecordofmeetingquotaanddrivingsalesgrowth.
- Excellentcoldcalling,sellingandnegotiationskillswiththeabilitytobuildrelationshipswithprospectsandcustomers.
- Abletoworkinafast-paced,high-pressureenvironmentunderstrictdeadlines.
- Teamplayerwhocanworkcollaborativelywithallinternaldepartments.
- Self-motivatedwithapositive,proactivemindset.
- Excellenttimemanagementandorganizationalskills.
- Excellentcommunicationskills,writtenandoralandstronginterpersonalskills.

Compensation:
Basesalaryrange:$80,000-$90,000
IncentiveCompensation:Includesuncappedcommissions+bonuses.
