Now Hiring Regional Drivers
Venture express is hiring regional drivers in Baton Rouge, LA
  • Drivers average up to $1,500 per week and TOP drivers can make $1,800 per week (depending on location)
  • Dedicated Home Weekly Round Trips from Baton Rouge, LA to Laredo, TX
  • $1000 Referral Bonus to the Driver and The Referred Driver
Solo Regional Driver Benefits
  • Regional Pay
    • CPM: Starting at $.60 Per mile
    • 2,500 - 3,000+ miles per week
    • $0.005 raises automatically every 6 months to $.65 CPM
    • Weekly: $1,750 - $1,850
    • Annually: $91,000 - $96,200
  • $1000 Referral Bonus to the Driver and The Referred Driver
  • Anniversary bonus of $1,200 paid after each year of service
  • No-Touch Freight
  • Drop & Hook Freight
  • Per Diem available
  • 401(k)
  • Individual and Family medical plans

Company Driver Requirements
  • Must have a valid Class A CDL
  • Must be 23 years or older
  • No careless driving or reckless driving on MVR (3 years)
  • Must be able to pass a DOT physical
  • 12 months of recent experience pulling a 53' van trailer, in the last 3 years
