Join Our Team as a Supply Chain Representative
Riverside, MO | Full-Time | 4x10 Schedule | Pay Rate $20.00/HR
Are you ready to step into a high-impact role where no two days are the same? Velociti is looking for a motivated, detail-driven Supply Chain Representative to join our fast-paced warehouse operations team. Your Mission: Keep the Flow Moving
As a Supply Chain Rep, you’ll be on the front lines making sure orders are picked, packed, shipped, and tracked with pinpoint accuracy. You’ll use state-of-the-art systems to process everything from inbound deliveries to outbound shipments—and you’ll help keep inventory on lock while navigating a dynamic workflow.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Receive, stock, pick, stage, and ship customer orders
  • Load/unload trucks using pallet jacks or forklifts
  • Use tools like WMS, Salesforce, FedEx amp; UPS software to keep everything on track
  • Perform cycle counts and resolve inventory discrepancies
  • Prep and test equipment for shipping with quick turnarounds
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and fast-changing demands
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-first work environment
  • Support warehouse projects and collaborate across teams
What Success Looks Like
You’ll be evaluated by the impact you make:
  • Speed and accuracy of order fulfillment
  • Clean inventory records and error resolution
  • Operational efficiency and follow-through
  • Zero safety incidents
  • Team communication and cross-department support
What You Bring
  • A strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active all shift long
  • Comfort working in varying warehouse temps (hot, cold, humid)
  • Confidence using technology and software systems
  • Flexibility to work OT when needed
  • Ability to read, follow, and transcribe instructions and shipping labels
Required:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Age 18+
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office familiarity)
  • Clean driving record (if operating under company insurance)
Preferred:
  • Forklift certified or experience with powered equipment
  • Previous experience in logistics, inventory, or supply chain
  • Experience with Salesforce, WMS, or shipping platforms
  • Tech-savvy or interested in technology-related logistics
Schedule amp; Work Environment
  • Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (10-hour shifts, one weekday off)
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Environment: Warehouse setting with extended standing/walking, equipment use, and physical tasks. PPE required.
