Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing campaigns, managing content, and maintaining brand consistency. This role is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented individual eager to grow their career in marketing while contributing to the success of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Create and schedule social media posts, monitor engagement, and respond to customer inquiries or comments.
  • Support the design, proofreading, and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
  • Maintain and update the company's website content and ensure SEO best practices are followed.
  • Track and analyze marketing campaign performance, preparing detailed reports on results and insights.
  • Coordinate and communicate with external vendors, such as printers or ad agencies, when needed.
  • Organize and assist in promotional events, trade shows, or other marketing initiatives.
  • Handle administrative tasks, including managing marketing calendars, budgets, and inventory of promotional materials.
Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
