VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Hospital Manager II - Multi-Site Leadership to oversee our Yucca Valley and Twentynine Palms companion animal hospitals.   • Drive sustainable business growth while maintaining exceptional medical care.

Veterinary experience is preferred, but we also welcome experienced leaders from healthcare, hospitality, retail, multi-site operations, and other service industries who are passionate about leading people and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Leadership experience managing multiple departments or locations.
  • Experience leading teams of 20 or more Associates.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting and P&L accountability.
  • Proven success hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education and leadership experience.

Compensation & Benefits
Salary Range: $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience, qualifications, and overall fit for the position.
