Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while using our telehealth platform. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
  • Utilize evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective interventions.
  • Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
  • Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of client needs.
  • Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic practices.
  • Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions.
  • Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, working to reduce stigma associated with mood disorders and empower individuals in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications
  • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
