Work Environment

This is a fully remote position, allowing you to provide care from the comfort of your own home while using our telehealth platform. Our telehealth environment is equipped with the latest technology to facilitate seamless interactions with clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to gauge the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms in clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with clients’ specific needs, preferences, and therapeutic goals.
• Utilize evidence-based methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to provide effective interventions.
• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care strategies.
• Monitor and document client progress meticulously, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated care that addresses the full spectrum of client needs.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatment to continually enhance therapeutic practices.
• Maintain comprehensive and confidential documentation in accordance with ethical and legal standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings, case consultations, and professional development sessions.
• Advocate for the mental health needs of clients, working to reduce stigma associated with mood disorders and empower individuals in their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• The ability to demonstrate empathy and a nonjudgmental approach toward clients’ experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to handle administrative tasks effectively and ensure a balanced workload.

• Prior exposure to telehealth platforms and virtual therapy practices is advantageous.
• Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities relevant to mood disorders.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 90,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
