Job description

Position Summary
To evaluate and treat patients in a variety of age groups with physical disabilities, injuries, and diseases utilizing techniques which incorporate functional activities, exercise, physical modalities, splinting, perceptual and cognitive training, and activities of daily living and work simulation.
Education
Minimum of a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited school of Occupational Therapy.
Experience
No previous experience required.
Skills
National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) Certified and re-certified. NJ Licensure. Current BLS certification. Keyboard skills. Ability to perform work accurately and give attention to details. Ability to use effective critical thinking and analytical skills. Ability to use effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities. Ability to communicate and interact with the health-system, patients, family members, and multidisciplinary team members. Ability to function competently in a changing work environment related to changing patient needs.

Pay Range: $43.35 - $54.19 (per hour)
