Job description

VALiNTRY360 is seeking a Senior Salesforce Administrator with proven expertise in delivering projects in Sales and Service Cloud (Health Cloud is a bonus). This is a critical role as this person will be a full-time Salesforce resource for this organization. This is the right opportunity for the individual who has experience in delivering Salesforce projects using Sales and/or Service Cloud as a consultant, supporting various customers to truly make an impact in an organization that is committed to innovation and growth.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 per year. However, if you possess additional valuable skill sets that could benefit the enterprise, you may be eligible for higher compensation. We encourage strong technical candidates to apply without hesitation.
Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for delivery of business solutions using Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud for various customer industries
  • Serve as a team member on an Agile team to deliver assigned work on-time and within estimated hours
  • Along with new Salesforce implementations, this role is responsible for the administration of clients’ systems for maintenance, reports, dashboards, as well as future improvements.
  • As projects dictate, will require collaboration with outside third-party implementation teams --typically to extend the platform to other areas where you may not have established expertise
  • Help provide training and drive adoption of the existing system as well as new features or functionality that are developed.
  • Configure and customize Salesforce to align with business processes and objectives.
  • Implement and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflows, and process builder.
  • Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions to ensure proper access control.
  • Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting assistance as needed.
  • Oversee data quality and integrity through data cleansing, validation rules, and deduplication efforts.
  • Execute data imports, exports, and data migration tasks.
  • Design and implement automated processes using workflow rules.
  • Create and manage approval processes to streamline business workflows.
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into key performance metrics.
  • Assist users in creating and customizing reports as needed.
  • Monitor and enforce security best practices within the Salesforce environment.
  • Stay informed about Salesforce updates and implement changes to maintain compliance.
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience implementing at least 5+ Salesforce projects and consultant for various customer industries
  • 3+ years of experience managing more than one project at a time
  • 2+ years proven experience with documentation
  • 3+ years proven Sales/Service Cloud experience
  • 2+ years demonstrated Flow experience (Highly Desired)
  • Administrator and Advanced Administrator certification(s)
  • Independent worker and thinker
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills as demonstrated by having done demonstrations of work for their clients
  • Experience Cloud, Health Cloud, and/or Consumer Goods Cloud experience would be a strong plus
  • Previous Salesforce end-to-end implementation experience would be a strong plus, even if part of the team that went through the process
  • Previous experience as part of a SCRUM or Agile environment
