Field Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Location: Carson, CA

Schedule: 100% Onsite, possibility to go hybrid once settled in

Direct Hire

Compensation: $30-$38/hr

A rapidly growing construction and trades company is seeking a Bilingual Field Recruiter to support high-volume hiring across skilled trades and field-based positions. This individual will partner closely with hiring managers to identify, attract, and move candidates efficiently through the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for field and skilled trade positions
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Maintain recruiting activity within the applicant tracking system
• Build and maintain talent pipelines
• Track recruiting metrics and hiring progress
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruiting process

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Experience recruiting within construction, trades, field services, manufacturing, or related industries highly preferred
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced recruiting environment
• ADP Recruiting or ATS experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
