HR Generalist (Bilingual Spanish Required)

Location: Carson, CA

Schedule: 100% Onsite

Direct Hire

Compensation: $27/hr-$34/hr

A growing construction and trades company is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist to support a large employee population across multiple business units. This position will focus heavily on employee relations, leave administration, HR compliance, and employee support.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers and employees on HR-related matters
• Investigate and resolve employee relations issues
• Administer leaves of absence and employee accommodations
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies
• Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Assist with audits, reporting, and compliance projects
• Collaborate with recruiting, payroll, and leadership teams

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• 2-5 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong employee relations experience
• Experience administering LOAs and HR compliance programs
• Ability to support a high-volume workforce
• Strong organization and communication skills
• ADP experience preferred
• Bachelor's degree preferred
