Uplifting Behavioral System LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health status, identifying key issues and therapy goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Provide ongoing individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing culturally responsive techniques to engage a variety of clients.

• Monitor and evaluate client progress towards treatment goals, adapting therapeutic approaches as necessary.

• Facilitate referrals to additional healthcare providers when needed, ensuring a holistic approach to client care.

• Document all client interactions and treatment plans accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain compliance and continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Our patient population encompasses conditions such as anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and behavioral disorders. Your role will involve providing supportive counseling and developing interventions that cater to the cultural and personal contexts of each client.

Qualifications

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid license as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a counseling or mental health environment.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment modalities, and best practices in therapy.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with various populations.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and standard computer applications.

Preferred Experience

• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a culturally diverse client base.

• Strong crisis intervention skills with a proven track record of remaining composed in high-pressure situations.

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring comprehensive client support.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year. In addition to a robust salary, Uplifting Behavioral System LLC provides a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
