Visit us here to learn more about Accenture Infrastructure & Capital Projects (Internal Title: Business System Configuration / Development IV) PMIS Implementation & Deployment Support Support the day-to-day implementation and rollout of e-Builder Enterprise. Assist with project mobilization, discovery, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities.

Support the configuration and rollout of e-Builder modules and workflows related to cost management, contracts, change orders, invoices, document control, RFIs, submittals, forms, and reporting. Support the development and maintenance of implementation plans, schedules, action logs, RAID logs, and delivery documentation. Track implementation activities, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and outstanding actions.

Coordinate meetings, workshops, testing sessions, and implementation activities with internal stakeholders, and third-party implementation partners. Support business readiness, training, and user onboarding activities before production deployment. Assist with transitioning e-Builder from implementation into ongoing operational support.

PMIS Application Support Provide day-to-day functional support to e-Builder users across projects, business units, and project-controls functions. Respond to user questions, investigate reported issues, and coordinate resolution with internal technical teams, Trimble, and external vendors as required. Troubleshoot system configuration, business processes, workflows, forms, reports, integrations, and data-related issues.

Document, prioritize, track, and follow up on support requests and system issues through resolution. Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes, configurations, training, or system functionality. Support user accounts, roles, permissions, workflow routing, and other application-administration activities.

Maintain knowledge articles, user guides, procedures, FAQs, and other support documentation. Testing, Releases & Enhancements Support functional, system integration, regression, and user acceptance testing. Develop and maintain test scenarios, test scripts, expected results, defect logs, and testing documentation.

Coordinate defect resolution and retesting with business users, technical teams, Trimble, and implementation partners. Support future Trimble Unity Construct/e-Builder releases, upgrades, enhancements, integrations, and configuration changes. Assist with evaluating enhancement requests and documenting functional and business requirements.

Support deployment planning, release communications, user readiness, and post-deployment validation. PMIS Continuous Improvement Work with business stakeholders and project-controls teams to identify opportunities to improve e-Builder functionality, workflows, reporting, and user experience. Gather and document user feedback, enhancement requests, and evolving business requirements.

Support the prioritization and tracking of platform enhancements and future capabilities. Assist with onboarding additional projects, business units, and functional areas onto the platform. Promote consistent use of Trimble Unity Construct/e-Builder and established project-controls and construction-management processes.

Support improvements that increase user adoption, data quality, process efficiency, and overall PMIS effectiveness. Project Controls & Business Process Support Work with project-controls stakeholders to understand processes related to cost management, budgeting, forecasting, contracts, commitments, invoicing, scheduling, change management, progress measurement, and reporting. Support the translation of business and project-controls requirements into e-Builder processes, forms, workflows, configurations, integrations, and reporting solutions.

Assist users in understanding how e-Builder supports established project-controls and construction-administration processes. Identify gaps between business processes and platform functionality and support the development of practical solutions. Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination Work closely with project controls, project management, finance, commercial, engineering, construction, technology, and other business stakeholders.

Third-party implementation partners to investigate and resolve application issues. Participate in discovery workshops, design reviews, configuration sessions, testing activities, implementation meetings, and release planning. Communicate system updates, known issues, planned releases, and changes to affected stakeholders.

Escalate significant system issues, delivery risks, or business impacts to PMIS leadership when appropriate. Documentation, Governance & Reporting Maintain accurate PMIS support documentation, configuration records, issue logs, enhancement registers, test documentation, and operating procedures. Support implementation and operational reporting by providing updates on issues, risks, testing, enhancements, and support activities.

Help ensure that platform changes and support activities follow established governance, change-management, testing, and quality-assurance processes. Support data quality, system consistency, security, and adherence to established e-Builder and PMIS standards.
