Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to create tailored service strategies, efficiently connecting them with necessary community resources.
• Deliver prompt crisis intervention services, including risk assessment and safety planning, to ensure client wellbeing.
• Engage with community organizations and agencies to coordinate comprehensive services and effectively advocate on behalf of clients.
• Participate in outreach initiatives to raise awareness about social issues and promote the services offered by Unity Support Services.
• Contribute to team development through participation in case conferences, regular meetings, and continuous staff training.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
• An active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), demonstrating your qualifications to provide clinical social work services.
