Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive medical evaluations and pain assessments to accurately diagnose the sources of patients' pain, incorporating an understanding of physical, psychological, and social influences.
• Formulate tailored treatment plans integrating medical, pharmacological, interventional, and non-pharmacological techniques for effective pain management.
• Provide continual care and supportive interventions for patients suffering from chronic pain, focusing on enhancing functionality, alleviating pain, and improving overall quality of life.
• Manage acute pain scenarios following injuries or surgical interventions, utilizing evidence-based practices to mitigate discomfort and promote healing.
• Prescribe appropriate medications for pain relief, carefully monitoring patients for effectiveness while also considering potential side effects and patient preferences.
• Perform and oversee interventional pain management procedures, such as nerve blocks and epidural injections, ensuring they are carried out safely and effectively.
• Educate patients on effective pain management strategies, encouraging their engagement in their own care and promoting lifestyle modifications that support long-term health.
• Maintain precise electronic health records (EHR), documenting comprehensive assessments, treatments, medical histories, and future recommendations.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 260,000 – 610,000 yearly, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
