Job Skills / Requirements
United Protective Services is looking for a full-time Security Officer FLEX OFFICER with open availability A MUST!!
The candidate will provide security details as outlined in the post orders and establish working relationships with customers, local law enforcement and fire departments. Security personnel will always perform job duties with a constant awareness of surroundings, making note of all activity that take place in the assigned area. Security Officers must maintain a professional image and always demonstrate excellent customer service.
Schedule
  • On call 6 days a week for (All Shifts)
  • One guaranteed day off per week to fall on Monday - Thursday.
Pay
  • $16.50 WITH EXPERIENCE AND OPEN AVAILABILITY
Job Duties
  • Immediate response to open shift coverage when dispatched by the management team.
  • Knowledge of all local vertical markets to include:
    • Retail Sectors
    • Hospitality Sectors
    • Corporate Sectors
    • High-Rise Facilities
    • Residential Facilities
    • Parking Facilities
  • Engage in conflict resolution on site
  • Assists client with duties as assigned.
  • Aids in maintaining an orderly workplace.
  • Trains new personnel on the proper procedures and policies under direction of management.
  • Make decisions regarding the safety & security of the site with the aid of United Protective Services post orders.
  • Maintains daily activity logs in accordance to post orders.
  • Creates incident reports for unique incidents on site.
  • Observes and reports all suspicious activity in accordance with post orders.
  • Ensures all United Protective Services equipment is well maintained and accounted for before, during and after each shift.
