  • Possession of a current and valid license as an LCMFT, LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW-C in the state of Kansas.
  • A strong foundation of knowledge regarding mental health disorders, evidence-based treatments, and approaches to cultural competence in therapy.
  • Demonstrated experience in providing individual and group therapy in a culturally responsive manner.
  • Exceptional crisis intervention skills and the capacity to maintain composure and effectiveness during challenging situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other computer applications relevant to clinical practice.
