    Job description

    As a Center Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, driving sales through up-selling and cross-selling, maintaining store organization, and supporting a collaborative work environment.

    Responsibilities (tasks associated with the role)

    • Deliver customer-centered excellence by providing top-notch service in shipping, printing, and other store offerings, ensuring customers’ needs are always our priority.
    • Embody unified teamwork by collaborating with colleagues, supporting their efforts, and contributing to a compassionate, cohesive work environment.
    • Tackle challenges with a relentless growth mindset, embracing opportunities to innovate, improve processes, and exceed expectations.
    • Process transactions accurately, manage cash and credit card handling, and maintain accountability for the register.
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work environment, ensuring that the store reflects our commitment to excellence.
    • Complete all required training and demonstrate excellence during the 90-day probation period to qualify for a performance-based raise.
    • Obtain notary public certification (training assistance provided) and uphold professionalism in serving customers’ notary needs.
    • Increasing the average customer transaction by actively up-selling, cross-selling, and cross-promoting additional products or services (e.g., packaging, printing services, shipping upgrades, etc.), ensuring customers are aware of the full range of offerings.

    Requirements (Expected Proficiencies)

    Qualifications:

    • Must be 18 years or older.
    • A self-motivated individual with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, willingness to take initiative and a team-oriented mentality.
    • Passionate about personal growth and contributing to the success of the team.
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50–75 lbs as needed.
    • Spanish-speaking candidates preferred to better serve our diverse customer base.

    Skills & Competencies:

    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
    • Proven ability to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
    • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills.
    • Comfortable using computers and technology to process transactions and manage store operations.

    Availability:

    • Availability for scheduling is required during standard business hours, Monday–Friday (7:30 AM–7 PM EST) and Saturday–Sunday (8:30 AM–4 PM EST), with flexibility to work additional hours, including weekends or holidays, as needed.
