Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the unique mental health needs and concerns of each client, crafting thorough and tailored treatment plans to guide their therapeutic journey.
  • Provide high-quality individual therapy sessions utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), addressing issues like anxiety, depression, and trauma.
  • Collaborate with clients to establish clear therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress throughout the treatment process, making adjustments as necessary to optimize outcomes.
  • Offer flexible teletherapy options to accommodate clients who prefer remote sessions or face challenges accessing in-person services, ensuring they receive the necessary support.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and professional standards, reflecting a commitment to integrity and professionalism.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and training sessions to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic practices in the field.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications
  • A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
  • A Master's degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish a trusting therapeutic relationship with clients.
  • Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges, facilitating an environment conducive to healing.

Preferred Experience

  • Previous remote or teletherapy experience is a plus.
