  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to provide integrated and comprehensive care options for clients.
  • Engage in continuing education and training opportunities to stay updated with the latest mental health practices and technologies.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will have the privilege of working with a varied clientele, including adults struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other behavioral health concerns. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will employ culturally sensitive approaches to meet their individual needs effectively. As a licensed mental health counselor, your work will make a significant impact on their lives, empowering them to achieve healthier emotional states and improved daily functioning.

Qualifications
  • A master's degree in mental health counseling, social work, clinical psychology, or a related field.
  • A valid and active state license to practice as a mental health counselor in Massachusetts.
  • A minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • A commitment to providing evidence-based mental health care and staying updated with current methodologies and practices.
Preferred Experience
  • Previous experience in a telehealth environment, comfortable utilizing various digital platforms for client sessions and record keeping.
  • Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMRs) to streamline documentation and tracking of client progress.
  • Familiarity with different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), or mindfulness-based practices.
