Job Overview

A premier New York City based clinical psychology and performance optimization practice is seeking a highly experienced Chief Operations Officer to support the Founder & CEO. The role involves managing complex executive operations in a fast-paced, high-confidentiality environment.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a dynamic international calendar and coordinate global travel logistics.
  • Manage financial tracking and expense reporting with exceptional numerical accuracy.
  • Draft executive correspondence.
  • Ensure seamless coordination across clinical, business, and personal priorities.
  • Track multi-jurisdictional tax matters including IRS, New York State, and New York City filings, monitor outstanding credits, audit timelines, and pending recoveries.
  • Liaise with accountants, attorneys, and financial advisors.
  • Translate complex financial documents into clear, actionable items.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience as a Chief Operations Officer, with a track record of scaling a company.
  • Meticulous, proactive professional who views executive assistance as a long-term career.
  • Excellent at protecting the principal's time, anticipating needs before they arise.
  • Ability to operate with absolute discretion while supporting high-profile clients and stakeholders across multiple time zones.
Compensation and Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00-5:00 p.m. Salary: 180,000-200,000+ plus benefits.
