Job description

Raintree Country Club, located in Charlotte, NC, is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a Part-Time Golf Cart Attendant! We are seeking a motivated individual who is interested in contributing to a positive experience for our members and guests while continuing to grow their knowledge of golf club operations. As an associate of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Schedule:
Part-time (2-3 days per week).
Key Responsibilities:
  • Clean and detail golf carts daily, including maintaining tires, tow bars, windshields, seats, and information sign holders.
  • Greet every guest enthusiastically and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Perform a variety of bag room duties, including cleaning clubs and transferring clubs to various locations.
  • Participate in daily communication stand-up meetings.
  • Assist with coordinating outside services for golf tournaments.
  • Ensure a consistent presentation in accordance with Troon standards.
  • Help protect all assets, including the security of guest and rental golf clubs.
  • Provide ongoing detailing and maintenance of golf course equipment and facilities, including golf carts, workstations, practice range areas, and trash receptacles.
  • Transport guests and sales representatives to and from the Sales Pavilion.
  • Ensure all golf carts are returned and secured at the end of each day.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Working knowledge of the game of golf.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 pounds (golf clubs and buckets of practice balls).
  • Ability to safely operate a golf cart.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Reliable transportation.

Other Qualifications:
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
