What You'll Do:
Content & Storytelling
- Write, edit, and produce compelling internal content across multiple channels - intranet, email, digital signage, the employee mobile app, and print
- Research and develop monthly articles that spotlight company strategy, culture, events, and key initiatives
- Craft executive messaging, speaking points, and quotable language for internal communications
- Support video production and editing, photography, and graphic design projects
- Assist with brand standards, ensuring consistency across logos, trademarks, and design guidelines
- Contribute to social media content creation as needed
- Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups to deliver targeted, meaningful communications
- Help plan and execute company-wide Town Halls and employee engagement events and campaigns
- Build internal relationships that foster a positive and informed employee experience
Qualifications
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field is required
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 3+ years in internal communications
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messages for diverse audiences
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Premiere Pro, Photoshop), Microsoft 365, and content management systems
- Hands-on experience with video production, photography, and editing software
- Excellent interpersonal skills - you're comfortable working with executives, frontline employees, and everyone in between
- A self-starter mindset with strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
- A commitment to confidentiality and acting with integrity
- Familiarity with AP style and AI prompts in order to create impactful messages
- Work samples will be requested during the interview process.
