Work Environment

You will be working in a rehabilitative setting within our fully-equipped center. You will have flexibility in your schedule with work hours being typically from Monday to Friday. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions to determine their needs and develop appropriate therapy plans.
• Implement diversified treatment methods, including personalized exercise programs, manual therapy techniques, and the use of rehabilitation equipment tailored to each patient's specific situation.
• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure maximum therapeutic outcomes.
• Educate patients and their families about exercises, rehabilitation techniques, and self-care strategies they can employ to enhance recovery and maintain mobility.
• Maintain clear communication with the healthcare team, sharing insights and progress reports to ensure cohesive patient-centric care.
• Stay updated on industry best practices through continued education and professional workshops, and actively participate in professional networks.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Florida.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and education.
