Key Responsibilities

In your role as an LCSW, you will:

  • Conduct thorough clinical assessments using standardized tools and frameworks, developing individualized treatment plans based on established best practices.
  • Utilize diverse therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based approaches tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain detailed clinical documentation compliant with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accountability and a high standard of care.
  • Collaborate actively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other health professionals to coordinate effective and comprehensive care for clients, ensuring that their treatment plans are executed seamlessly.
  • Participate in ongoing case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance your skills, increase clinical efficacy, and foster a culture of shared learning.
  • Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, equipping them with the tools and resources needed to understand mental health issues and treatment options.
  • Stay informed about contemporary research and developments in the field of mental health to incorporate the latest findings into your clinical initiatives.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will focus on serving a diverse patient population, including individuals of various age groups grappling with mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. The aim is to promote recovery and stability, empowering clients through personalized therapy plans and support.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, demonstrating an academic foundation in clinical practice.
  • A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Washington, indicating your professional qualifications and commitment to ethical standards.
  • A minimum of three years of clinical experience, directly providing psychotherapy services in a relevant healthcare setting.
  • Proven expertise in solution-based psychotherapy techniques, showcasing your capability of facilitating meaningful change for clients.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with clients and collaborate with colleagues.
Preferred Experience

While not required, familiarity with community resources, mental health regulations in Washington, and previous work in a multidisciplinary team will be considered assets. Experience in crisis intervention and teletherapy platforms is also a plus, given the remote nature of this position.

Compensation and Benefits

In recognition of your expertise and dedication, Trinity Counseling Services offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
