Your New Role: Whether our guests are here to see their favorite player on the court or their favorite artist light up the stage, you contribute to making their night extraordinary.

As our Guest Experience Teammate, you play a key role in welcoming our guests to our venue and creating lasting memories through knowledgeable interactions.   

IMPORTANT DATES: 

Interviews for this position will be conducted on August 20th, 2026. If you are selected to move on to the interview stage, further details will be provided via email.

Selected candidates post-interview will be expected to commence their roles on September 1st, 2026.

WHAT MATTERS MOST FOR THIS POSITION:

-          You are proactive and friendly in greeting and assisting our guests with various inquiries throughout the duration of your shift.

-          Forming relationships with guests and team members alike while assuming responsibilities of a variety of positions such as: Ticket Taker, Usher, Wheelchair Attendant, Directional, etc.

-          Improving the guest experience by treating every interaction as an opportunity to create an extraordinary moment with external and internal guests

-          You act as a resource for guests and team members by being knowledgeable of the Moda Center, Veteran’s Memorial Coliseum spaces, points of interest and event processes.

-          You enjoy Interacting with diverse guests at each outstanding event and are inclusive in welcoming all guests and team members to our events.

-          You support the team where it is needed most such as with assisting with bag checks, helping our guests navigate through the arena, and supporting guests in finding their seat locations for each event.

THIS ROLE IS A MATCH FOR YOU IF:

- You are at least 16 years of age.

- You can understand and communicate in conversational English, including following verbal and written direction and possess effective social and oral communication skills.

- You are available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and occasionally holidays, and meet our minimum availability requirement.

- You can move around the venue for several hours at a time, including handing out materials, climbing stairs, bending, reaching, moving barriers and boxes, and holding equipment, frequently.

- You can work in areas that include confined spaces (elevators or stairwells), exposure to height, and crowds.

- You demonstrate the ability to work effectively as a team with people of a diverse set of backgrounds and abilities.
